The project involved extensive refurbishments to an existing factory, and conversion of an adjacent warehouse, into a chilled food production facility.
This included new amenities, dry store with pallet racking, cookhouse, high care assembly areas, chill and freezer rooms, and low care packing area.
MAT Industrial Services were selected as the Principal Contractor.
As well as managing all mechanical & electrical and refrigeration contracts, we were also directly responsible for all civil and structural works, stainless steel drainage, resin flooring, and insulated white walling.
This included new amenities, dry store with pallet racking, cookhouse, high care assembly areas, chill and freezer rooms, and low care packing area.
