The company was formed 35 years ago trading under the name of Harris Property Services. It has grown steadily and worked for all major councils within the locality. In 2002 the company name was changed to M2 Flooring Ltd, since then the company has grown in stature and moved to the current warehouse at 78 Springvale Industrial Estate, Cwmbran. We specialize in all forms of flooring for different sectors including heavy industrial, heavy and light commercial and domestic.
The types of floors we lay are for wet rooms, hospitals etc., industrial carpets and vinyl, carpet tiles, Karndean and all types of ceramic wall and floor tiling. We employ 10 floor layers, 2 general builders and 2 apprentices as well as a large infrastructure to call on inclusive of sub contracted floor layers, tradesmen and tilers. We pride ourselves on employing a direct workforce from the local Torfaen/ Newport Area.
We work within industry (Tata steel works), Commercial (Local authorities, other public sector bodies, private and public companies) and all residential fields.

Undertake regular health and safety courses as well as refresher courses in asbestos awareness and Toolbox Talks run by the CITB.
All tradesmen have undertaken CRB certification and carry out work for the local police authority.
Our experienced Contracts Manager/Director, Ben Atkins and Contract Manager, Les Portlock give their advice and knowledge on all aspects of flooring, wall tiling and general building works.
Both Managers have achieved SMSTS qualification.
We give a high importance to training and development with a majority of our floor layers staying with us since the company throughout their working career.
