The item was exactly as shown on photo! the design and quality is amazing and the customer service was great - they answered all the questions I had There was a little hiccup as the incorrect order was sent but the team rectified it within a day and arranged pick up of the incorrect item and the one I brought was delivered two weeks after. Great team, loved the item, only downfall is the delivery time but this is expected with an item like this.

We're so pleased with our new stair runner! The style we ended up choosing goes perfectly with our home and the quality of the carpet seems very long lasting. We did have a few issues with platform cutting because our stairs bend so I would recommend including this service to make sure it fits perfectly. And Rob was a delight and super communicative throughout the process.

We recently bought a stair runner through Fenston Carter on their Etsy page - and we absolutely love it. The material is really high quality and it is clear a lot of care has gone into making it.
