James Nolan Flooring are a commercial and domestic floor sanding company based in Liverpool, Merseyside, serving the whole of the UK. We also have a skilled team of floor fitters from solid wood floors, commercial vinyl floors through to laminate flooring. We undertake work for both commercial and domestic clients and work mostly in the North West of England but also cover the whole of the UK for our commercial customers.

We are very experienced commercial floor sanding specialists and use proven methods of wood floor sanding and floor restoration that will leave your floor neat and tidy with a smooth, professional finish.
We commence by sanding down all of the existing floor by using five grades of abrasive belts decreasing in coarseness upon each sand.
When we have achieved a perfectly fine finish we would then apply the stain (if required),f ollowed by 2 to 3 coats (depending on the customers preference, i.e oil, wax or seal).
