Established in 1999, I started up Direct Floors Ltd after leaving a flooring distributor as a representative selling carpet and flooring to the retail sector to pursue my dream of working for myself.
I've worked for large carpet retailers in my early years and during this time missed the direct connection with customers.
So I now specialise in a home selection service going directly to the customer and I haven't looked back since.
