I called in on a whim really passing by window shopping for some flooring Paul was friendly, helpful and not pushy at all which I really valued.
Result being I had selected a piece of flooring not stocked but he soon sourced for me for a small room in a terraced house.
Despite this not being the sale of the month Paul came and measured, returned to board the room and lay the flooring in March within two weeks (not an easy task you may know as nothing is regular in these houses).
Paul gave me good advice and options, was agreeable and flexible, reliable and in my opinion good value.
