Jack has worked in the industry since leaving school originally as a fitter to then come off the tools into Europe's largest flooring distributor, he has also worked for a high end carpet tile manufacturer gaining specifications for large contract works.

We had a great experience with instinctive flooring from start to finish. Products were easy to choose with samples provided; Jack came out and gave good advice on colours and whether or not we would need to take up our existing tiled floor (we didn’t).
The fitting date was moved for us a couple of times as our build took longer than expected; nothing was too much trouble.
The fitting itself was superb; lots of additional work was put into preparing our subfloor; ensuring it was suitable and not impacted by moisture (as a new concrete floor in an extension). The craftsmanship in the laying of the tiles and trim was also flawless.
In short; would recommend.

Instinctive Flooring gives a truly personalised service. Jack advised us from the outset on what he thought would look good in our home and Helen was in touch regularly with updates. We chose Amtico Mulled Oak fitted in a herringbone design and had almost the entire downstairs fitted so it was a big job. We feel this product has added a warmth and elegance to our home. Kevin is an extremely talented fitter and very knowledgeable and experienced. He respected our home and we were delighted that every day he left our home very tidy - after a long day's work. We are very happy with the end result

From the very first time we walked into the instinctive shop to the last day of fitting I have been bowled over by the professionalism and attention to detail by all of the instinctive team.
We opted for the amtico mulled oak parquet flooring across our whole downstairs after a number of conversations with Jack and the team and it has by far exceeded my expectations. Our whole downstairs is transformed.
Bjorn our fitter was excellent, and didn’t stop for the five days he was with us! His experience in flooring and attention to deal was also evident from the minute we met him. Highly recommend.

We had Amtico signature flooring laid in our living/dining room in July 2022 and we are delighted with it. Jack was very helpful and so knowledgeable and helped us to decide on the layout. We are happy with everything from the preparation of the floor, and the fitter Kevin who has made an exceptional job. We would definitely recommend Instinctive Flooring.
