Services
Epoxy Screeds are commonly used in heavy industries because of its high strength & impact resistance.
Epoxy is a two-part system where a liquid resin and hardener are mixed together and applied as a dense fluid.
The resulting chemical reaction (exothermic process) forms a rigid plastic material that is strong, resistant to degradation and that bonds extremely well to its prepared substrate.
Epoxy Floors are so strong that they can be used in even the most demanding of industrial environments.
Epoxy screed coating provides a cost-effective combination of durability, attractiveness, low maintenance and hygiene.
Self levelling screeds are trowel applied screeds that level as they set to create a seamless, smooth finish.
The result is a screed flooring that is both hard wearing and easy to clean.
Typically, it has a thickness of between 1mm and 5mm.
Resurfacing an existing uneven floor or concrete working areas to produce a new smooth surface can be achieved by using conventional sand & cement screeding.
However, this method has certain limitations, particularly where thin sections and fine tolerances are essential.
Decorative Screeds & Coatings are a very versatile finish to a surface, consisting of concrete aggregate and coming in a wide variety of colours and sizes.
Decorative Screeds & Coatings offer a very high class finish to a surface, the concrete aggregate being available in a wide choice of colours and sizes.
It can be made in a variety of materials; some examples are aggregates blended with pigmented quartz, PVA flakes, Glitter, Metallic crushed glass, and so on.
Screed, especially decorative, has many applications.
Epoxy Coatings and Screeds are usually used on cement flooring in industrial and commercial buildings.
They can be decorative however they are primarily practical.
They can be applied to both indoor and outdoor surfaces, although they are mostly used indoors.
Epoxy coatings and seals are a great choice for floor covering since they are durable, functional, hard, efficient and because they last for many years of continuous use, an extremely cost effective flooring solution.
Epoxy Coatings & Screeds are used to update old floors, protect new floors and provide a good-looking finish without the high costs whilst enhancing the strength of the floor.
Polyurethane Screeds & Coatings provide an excellent resistance to heavy duty usage, and are also very hygienic and easy to clean.
Polyurethane Screed also is resistant to thermal shock, abrasion and chemical attack.
It is a water dispersed product, with a textured surface that dries to a matt finish.
Polyurethane Screeds & Coatings are constructed to provide heavy-duty resistance to abrasion, chemical attack and potential physical degradation.
This type of flooring solution is ideal in heavy duty environments such as wet or dry rooms, chemical processing plants, brewing industry, food processing, and heavy duty engineering facilities.
