Deliveries to certain destinations such as Scotland, Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland or the Channel Islands, carries an extra charge for delivery.
The customer will be informed as soon as possible after the order has been placed.
In the case that the customer refuses to pay this extra charge, the order can be cancelled.
All goods must be checked when received.
If a pallet has been sent all packs on the pallet must be checked.
Claims after 24 hours that goods arrived damaged cannot be made as the carrier will not accept any claims after these 24 hours.
