After many years in the flooring industry I became more and more frustrated with the shortfall in the service that many people were receiving when trying to source the right flooring for a particular project. The only solution was to open my own showroom and try to provide a quality service that was as good as it possibly could be. The showroom at The Refinery, Blythe Street, is next door to David Scott Tiles who has built his reputation on providing a quality service and sourcing the best products possible.

My areas of experience are sourcing quality carpets and wood floors which are best suited to an individual's requirements and taking the job from concept to completion ensuring that the highest level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

Usually when a client is selecting a floor covering, either carpet or wood, colour has the highest importance, then quality and suitability, so my job is to source the correct product ensuring that not only is the colour right, but also its type, material, style, durability, feel and look, is what the client wants.
