Samples are dispatched by the end of the next working day, sent by Royal Mail 1st Class delivery.
Samples are cut from current stock at random and are usually 10 cm wide sections of the full width of the floor.
Our products are made from natural wood so every piece is unique and with this in mind we recommend treating each sample as a reference for surface, and finish to be viewed in conjunction with product images.
