I contacted him on Monday, he came for a quote on Tuesday and because another client of him cancelled a planned job he started working on Wednesday morning!
We were worried because some floorboards in one of the bedroom were badly swollen but Marek told us not to worry and that everything could be fixed.
He removed all the floorboards, he changed some joists, hu put insulants and then put back the floorboards changing a couple of it because they were broken.
